The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
Most items that are out of stock but still in production can be ordered directly through email. We will set up a special order for you.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours after we receive payment and you can expect to receive the product within 7-14 working days.
Will I be notified in any case my order gets delayed?
Yes, on any occasions where a product delivery may get delayed, you will be notified immediately either by email or telephone.
What is the standard delivery cost?
Delivery costs may vary depending upon the parcel sizes and the delivery areas.
What is your exchange or return policy?
Golf Club Indonesia always makes sure that your purchase will meet your expectations of design, function as well as quality. However, in any situation where the product(s) you receive is significantly different from the description online or if it is defective/damaged. We will provide a full refund on any unused items within 30 days or deliver a new item to you.

If I already placed an order, can I still change it?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped/produced yet, you can adjust your order by contacting us directly by phone.
